Terms of Service — Eventor Creation

1. Company Overview

Eventor Creation ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is an event organizing and management company providing professional planning, coordination, and execution services for a variety of events including:

• Corporate events
• Weddings & social gatherings
• Exhibitions & trade shows
• Conferences & seminars
• Private parties & celebrations

2. Scope of Services

We provide event planning and management services as set out in the service agreement or quotation. Typical services include (but are not limited to):

• Venue selection and booking
• Vendor coordination (catering, décor, AV, security, etc.)
• Event logistics and scheduling
• On-site management and staffing
• Budget planning and management

The exact services for each engagement will be defined in the signed contract or quotation.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Signing the service agreement or accepting the quotation; and
• Receipt of the advance deposit specified in the agreement.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (percentage to be specified in the contract) is required to secure the event date and services.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on vendor commitments and how close to the event the cancellation occurs.
• Company Cancellation: If Eventor Creation cancels for any reason, we will refund amounts paid for services not yet rendered (subject to any third-party costs already incurred).

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details and requirements in a timely manner.
• Make all payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals (unless otherwise agreed).
• Comply with venue rules, regulations, and local laws.
• Be responsible for the conduct of attendees and any vendors they hire directly.

5. Vendor Management

We may recommend or contract third-party vendors on the client's behalf. Eventor Creation is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors unless they are explicitly contracted by Eventor Creation in writing.

Any direct contracts or payments made between the client and a vendor are the client's responsibility.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Eventor Creation will use reasonable care in performing services but is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, accidents, acts of government, or venue problems.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Eventor Creation, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, proposals, and materials created by Eventor Creation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use photos and videos from the event for personal use; commercial use requires written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any non-public information provided by the client and will not disclose it except as required by law or with the client's consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement for breach, non-payment, or other material reasons. Termination charges may apply to cover costs and commitments made prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].

11. Amendments

Eventor Creation may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted on our website or communicated to the client.
