We may recommend or contract third-party vendors on the client's behalf. Eventor Creation is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors unless they are explicitly contracted by Eventor Creation in writing.

Any direct contracts or payments made between the client and a vendor are the client's responsibility.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Eventor Creation will use reasonable care in performing services but is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, accidents, acts of government, or venue problems.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Eventor Creation, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, proposals, and materials created by Eventor Creation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use photos and videos from the event for personal use; commercial use requires written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any non-public information provided by the client and will not disclose it except as required by law or with the client's consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement for breach, non-payment, or other material reasons. Termination charges may apply to cover costs and commitments made prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
